We would like to let you know that the redemption option will be visible on applicable products' page from the beginning of 6th month and 154th day from the delivery date.
However, the guaranteed buyback amount is available on products listed by selected sellers where the value of the product will be higher than the BuyBack discount and the new product should be available on Flipkart under exchange offer.
Also, the BuyBack amount is valid on products in working condition and you should have to return the original box, accessories, headset and charger to claim the entire BuyBack discount, failing to which there will be a small deduction in the discount at the time of redeeming the Buyback.
We would also like to let you know that you can claim for Buyback Guarantee by following below mentioned steps:
- You have to select the product which you want to purchase and if product is available on buyback, you should click on claim buyback.
- On click of the Buyback widget.
- If the you have multiple buybacks or you are seeing that the discount is less than the assured amount, you can click on ‘Change’ to select Buyback on other devices. Request you to change and then check.
- Once selections are made.
- Price breakup on the form page.
- Add to cart.
- On clicking offer applied in cart.
- Select Continue.
