卵を溶きます。(2個)
醤油 (大さじ2) と砂糖 (大さじ3) を加える…
ミルクも加え、混ぜます。
フライパンを温めながら、オリーブ・オイルを塗ります。
適量の卵液を流し込みます。
卵液が半熟にながら、向こう側から手前に折ります。
最後の卵液も同じ作の業繰り返しです。

furaipan o atatame nagara oriibu oiru o nurimasu.
tekiryou no tamago eki o nagashikomimasu.
tamago eki ga hanjuku ni nagara, mukougawa kara temae ni orimasu.
saigo no tamago eki mo onaji sagyou no kurikaeshi desu.
Tamagoyaki
Beat the eggs. (2)
Add soy sauce (2 tbsp) and sugar (3 tbsp)...
Also, add milk, and mix.
When the pan is warm, spread some olive oil on it.
Pour in the appropriate amount of egg mixture.
When the egg mixture is half cooked, fold it from the far side of the pan towards you.
Repeat the same process with the remaining egg mixture.

しゃもじで切るように混ぜる。
すし飯を海苔にまんべんなく広げるようにのせる
卵とアボカドときゅうりを一直線に並べる。
巻きます。
濡らしたナイフで切る,
こまめにぬらして切ります。

sushimeshi o nori ni manben'naku hirogeru you ni noseru.
tamago to abokado to kyuuri o icchokusen ni naraberu.

komame ni nurashite kirimasu
Rolled Sushi
Cook the sushi rice.
Cool down the rice.
Add vinegar.
Slice through the rice with a rice paddle to prevent clumping.
Place the sushi rice on the seaweed and spread it evenly.
Arrange the egg, avocado, and cucumber lengthwise.
Roll.
Cut with a moistened knife,
and re-wet as needed.
