We understand your concern about exchange your 'Moto E4' on Flipkart.

We'd like to let you know that once you’ve decided which phone to buy, provide details of your old phone in the Exchange Offer form. Offer valid on select devices only.

Before you hit ‘Buy Now’, check with your pincode if the Exchange Offer is available in your location. Exchange is possible in eligible pincodes only.

Check if ‘Exchange Offer’ is valid on the product:

-Select the accurate Model, IMEI number, Serial number, working condition of the product and other mandatory fields
-Pay the discounted amount listed on the website
-Present the courier executive with the same product as opted during the purchase
-Keep the products charged for the courier executive to check
-Take a backup of the data before handing it over to the courier executive
-Customers cannot change the exchange offer once the order is placed. i.e.Once an exchange order is placed, customers cannot convert an -exchange order to a regular order by withholding the exchange product and giving the cash equivalent to FE. The only possibility is to cancel the exchange order and place a regular order.

Valid denial reasons for mobile exchange:

-Brand mismatch
-IMEI Mismatch
-Screen damage (Crack)
-Dots on Screen/Pixel issue
-Touch not working
-Power button not working
-Light coming out from the side of the screen/Screen coming out

You will still able to exchange your product by paying the exchange value by cash or through Debit/ Credit card (if POS machine is available with the wishmaster). The pick up charges will be waived off for your exchange product.

Invalid denial reasons for mobile exchange:

-Scratches on screen/Panel/Body
-Body Discolor
-Minor dent
-Volume button not working or Volume button working but inserted inside

We also recommend you run the phone functionality test on the Flipkart App. A phone that has passed all the checks will be eligible for a higher exchange value. You'll then see the effective final price of the phone you wish to purchase. Post that, the Wishmaster will make a few checks during the time of delivery after which you can hand in your phone to our Wishmaster at the time of delivery.

Once the Order is placed, the new phone will be shipped. Hand in your old phone, in working condition, to the field executive at the time of
delivery.
