Lumos adalah mantra yang berfungsi untuk mengeluarkan cahaya putih berpendar dari tongkat pengguna. Lumos adalah mantra tipe Charm. Pelafalan nya adalah LOO-mos. Lumos di bagi menjadi 3 macam, yakni Lumos Duo, Lumos Solem, dan Lumos Maxima.
Lumos berasal dari kata “Lumen”bahasa latin yang berarti “cahaya”, dan Duo(bahasa latin) yang berarti “dua” . Fungsi dari mantra ini Mengeluarkan pancaran cahaya yang muncul dari ujung tongkat. Mantra ini biasanya di gunakan untuk menangani Hinkypunk. Pelafalannya Lu-mos-du-oh. Dengan mantra Cojuration.
Lumos berasal dari kata “Lumen” bahasa latin yang berarti “cahaya”, dan Solem yang merupakan kata dari bahasa latin juga yang berarti “matahari”. "Pelafalan nya Lu-Mos So-Lem. Tipe mantra conjuration. Tipe Lumos Solem akan mengeluarkan cahaya yang terang seperti matahari.
Lumos Maxima.
Lumos berasal dari kata “Lumen”bahasa latin yang berarti “cahaya”, dan Maxima mungkin berasal dari bahasa inggris maximal yang berarti sekuat mungkin yang dapat dihasilkan. Pelafalan nya Lu-mos Mak-si-ma. Tipe yang sama, yakni conjuration.
