Answer. Yes we can record it and we record it in Normal view, select the slide that you want to start the recording on. On the Slide Show tab, in the Set Up group, click Record Narration. Click Set Microphone Level, follow the directions to set your microphone level, and then click OK.
12. Are you able to translate your presentation?
Answer. In PowerPoint, only one slide's text box can be translated at a time. On the Review tab, in the Language group, click Translate > Translate Selected the Research pane. Note: In Word, you can right-click anywhere in the document, and then click Translate.
13. Can you insert videos? If yes, how?
Answer. 1. While on the slide that you’d like to add the video to, go to the ‘Insert’ tab, select ‘Video’.
2. Choose the ‘Movie from File’ option and select a movie from your hard drive by double clicking on it.
3. You can also format the movie to start ‘Automatically’ or ‘When Clicked’.
4. Drag the video around to position it and resize the video within the slide.
If you are embedding a video you created using GoAnimate.com, simply download the video from GoAnimate.com and follow the above steps.
1. Click the slide that you want to add a video to.
2. On the Insert tab, click Video > Online Vide. In the Search YouTube box, type the name of the video that you want to insert. Select the video from the search results, and click Insert.
3. A video rectangle is placed on your slide, which you can move and resize as you like. To preview your video on your slide, right-click the video, and then click Preview.
