"I am almost regretful... of all those times where I seemingly reject your passion. That is not it though, Doctor. I would never stray from you, if I may ever help it. I simply must keep my calm and force my aching desire to be concealed. But I am never disinterested, Doctor, no matter what it may seem."
A quick pause, and another step closer.
"I am... not a lustful woman... *until* I'm alone with you, Doctor. But in those times, in those moments, I want nothing more than for you to hold me. Hold me as you wish, and I shall do the same," the woman approached yet even closer, her voice almost wavering with her own desire filled words.
"I will be forever loyal. Loyal to no one but myself and to *most of all you*, Doctor. So please, take me in your arms. Hold me, and keep me in your care. Let me be your patient, Doctor, and I will do anything that I must."
Then she went silent, her eyes unwavering and becoming shining swirling pools of nothing but love and lust alike. A moment, and nothing but her slow and quiet breaths. Then, she finally opened her mouth again, this time her words shifting into something soft and low, almost seductive, even.
"I love you with every inch of myself, Doctor. I owe you my life. Please, let me be your patient whom you care for with all your heart and ache for with all of your desire. Embrace me, Doctor, and let me be yours..."
Another pause, before she let herself look down, her red coated face suddenly forming into something almost desperate...
After all he'd done for her... After everything they had been through together. He was the only one who mattered to her. She wanted nothing more than to see him happy and to feel his love for herself.
"...A...am I enough for you, Doctor? Will my undying loyalty to you ever be enough? ...You deserve so much more... But please, let me be your loyal patient... I- I belong to no one except you. *I am always loyal to you, Doctor.*"
