Transfigurasi adalah cabang ilmu sihir di mana sang penyihir belajar untuk mengubah benda atau objek menjadi sesuatu yang lain. Cabang ilmu sihir ini sangat rumit namun juga sangat berguna. Transfigurasi tak lepas dari mantra dan ayunan tongkat, karena perapalan mantra yang salah akan membuat objek yang di rubah tidak akan berubah dengan sempurna bahkan kemungkinan rusak.
Conjuring Spell (Mantra Pengadaan)
Mantra yang diajarkan pada tahun keenam/tahun NEWT di Sekolah Sihir Hogwarts. Walaupun di tahun-tahun sebelumnya, namun mantra ini benar-benar dipraktekkan di kelas enam. Secara garis besar mantra ini menciptakan suatu benda dari udara kosong, di mana benda-benda yang diciptakan berbentuk nyata (bukan seperti Mantra Patronus) bahkan benda-benda yang diciptakan hidup/bernyawa.

Mantra ini kinerja nya adalah kebalikan dari mantara pengadaan , dimana objek yang di lenyapkan di teleportasi ke suatu tempat yang telah di tuju sebelumnya.dan tentu saja benda –benda yang di lenyapkan juga mempengaruhi kesulitan dalam menerapkan nya, misal nya tikus dan siput, siput sebagai hewan invertebrata atau tidak bertulang belakang
