1- Do you have any past experience as working as HR? *
No, but I do have experience working as an MR. I would love to work as an HR so I can help more in the hotel and learn to be an HR.

2 - Which is more important overall, team/group goals or personal goals? *
I would say team/group goals.

3 - What are your top qualifications/skills? *
I have great grammar, I work well with others, and I enjoy doing so, I am empathetic and kind to others, I am rather active on ROBLOX, and I have a good sense of humor.

4 - Why do you think, that you’re better than other applicants? *
I am willing to put in the effort and my personal time to this group, and I am prepared for whatever challenges come at me. Also, my collaboration and creative skills would benefit Nauted. :)

5 - What is more important for you; personal or team achievements? *
Team achievements are the most important to me but, personal achievements are not far behind. Team achievements are more important because getting things done as a team is more beneficial to a group then a personal achievement.

6 - What is the first goal you want to achieve as an HR? *
My first goal would be, to bring an amazing idea to Nauted that is impactful! :)

7 - Why do you want to work as HR? *
I would love to work as an HR so I can have the most impact I can in Nauted and also learn what it is like in the HR field. I would love to work as an HR also because as an HR need many good work qualities that I believe I hold. :D

8 - Do you think, that you’re ready to work under pressure efficiently? *
Yes, I believe that I am definitely ready to work under pressure. I have had to work under pressure many times in my school like so I have a lot of experience.

9 - Do you have any huge achievements that you think that should be noted? *
On my field hockey team, there were 2 spots for captain and my coach voted me a captain and my friend the other because of our leadership skills. we ended our season today with 8 wins, 1 loss, and 1 tie. :D

10 - What is the main goal you want to achieve personally in the group? *
My main personal goal is just to work the hardest I can to make the group the best ROBLOX group to EVER exist on ROBLOX, and also to one day become the Vice Chairman if AmazingSupDawg ever retires. ^-^

11 - What is the main goal you want to achieve as a team in the group? *
My main goal as a team in the group is to get to 1,000 members by New Year's Eve! I believe that if everyone worked hard that this is definitely possible.

12 - What would you be ready to change about yourself, if it would be needed before you could work as HR for Nauted? *
I would be willing to change a lot about my self before working as an HR if needed. I would make Nauted one of my top priorities.

1. I am very kind.

5. When I am on task, I stay on task.

1. I am a busy person but I would be willing to alter my schedule for work.
2. Sometimes my grammar slips up.
3. I have a little bit of trouble trusting people.
4. I am not a morning person so if I ever seem rude it is probably the morning time xd.
