We understand your concern that you want to know about the Exchange Offer. We'd like to let you know that there are some simple steps which are need to follow.
Once you've decided which laptop to buy, provide details of your old laptop in the Exchange Offer form. Offer valid on selected laptops only.
Before you hit 'Buy Now', check with your pincode if the Exchange Offer is available in your location. Exchange is possible in eligible pincodes only.
Once the Order is placed, the new laptop will be shipped. Hand in your old laptop, in working condition, to the field executive at the time of delivery.If your exchange item does not qualify for pick up, you can still get your new product by paying an additional amount (equivalent to the discount that you got for your exchange item) in cash at the time of delivery of your new device.
To know if your old laptop qualifies for the Offer, check the list of eligible devices in the Exchange Offer form.
Please note that only working Laptops with no physical damage will be eligible for exchange. Also, products with the following issues will not be picked up:
-Power Issue - Not switching on
-Model/Brand/Serial number/Processor specification mismatch
-Dead pixels, spots, lines or static on any part of the screen/display
-Crack on the screen, light emitting, watermark/liquid on Screen
-Crack on the panel, dents in the body and buttons missing
-Charging port damaged
Check if the exchange offer is available at your location by entering your Pincode. If available, fill out the Exchange Offer form. Ensure the product which you are exchanging has met all the requirements according to the exchange T&Cs. You'll then see the effective final price of the laptop you wish to purchase
Post the checks, you can hand in your old laptop with charger, in working condition, to our field executive at the time of delivery. The sellers and courier service providers are rapidly expanding their services for the exchange offer.
