We are sorry for the trouble you had to go through.
We would like to let you know that as specified by you, a return request has been created for the order and a refund of Rs. 13990/- will be initiated as soon as the pickup of the originally delivered product is confirmed by the courier service provider.
You’ll receive an email and SMS with the refund details, after which the money will be credited to your Debit Card within 6 business days and 9 business days, as per standard banking procedures.
Please keep the item along with the original product box, accessories and tags ready for pickup by October 23 , 2018 as the Wishmaster from 'Ekart Logistics' will not be able to complete the pickup in case any item is missing.
Also, we would like to let you know that the item is marked ‘Out for Delivery’ on our system, we’ll need to wait for the courier service provider to update the delivery status before the return request can be fulfilled. No worries, this shouldn't take more than 24 hours.
