We would like to let you know that Cash on Delivery (CoD) transactions to Prepaid from Self-Serve (Pay Now) option has been discontinued you only can still convert the Cash on Delivery (CoD) transaction to prepaid using PhonePe payment option via payment link in the out for delivery SMS from Ekart.

Important Points:-

1. Once the Cash on Delivery orders have been marked as 'Out for Delivery', eligible customers can pay using PhonePe payment option via the payment link in the Out for delivery SMS from Ekart (Only if the shipment is eligible).
2. The payment link would remain active until the time of delivery.
3. Once the payment is successfully made, the payment will start reflecting as 'Prepaid' in Wishmasters device.
4. Customer will get an OTP for the transaction which needs to be shared with the Wishmaster for payment confirmation.

Eligibility criteria to avail COD to POD payment conversion:-

1. Courier service provider is Ekart
2. Current payment mode is CoD (Cash on Delivery)
3. PhonePe payment app should be installed/ available
4. This payment option is available only in selected regions

We're sorry to let you know that your order for 'Nokia 5.1 Plus (Blue, 32 GB)' was cancelled by the seller as the exchange product did not meet the exchange related guidelines as confirmed by the Wishmaster.
