HW - bring in a small collection of items to use in your personal still life. Nothing valuable. Put the items in a bag (like a gift bag or grocery bag) labeled with your name on it. The items should be 3D forms (as opposed to flat items like photos) and should have variety. The items can have a theme (such as a sports collection) or be like a random sampling of things you like. My example might be: my favorite mug, my favorite shoe, my favorite blanket, my glasses, a flower. I have a sample still life to show you inspired by my husband - like him at the end of the day (it's his shoes and all the stuff in his pocket - gum, coins, markers, etc). Aim for 3-5 items - keep in mind that most items will fit into those common form categories such as - sphere-like, cube-like, cylinder-like, cone-like ... or some combination. Bring the items in tomorrow if you have them or by Monday, 10/22
