Nothing. I did absolutely nothing. That’s how I was when it came to bullying, but now I’m moving past that. Ever since my best friend’s suicide, I’ve been trying to get the message across to stop bullying. I want to seek justice for, and I will. Half of the deed is already done; because the bullies are in Juvenile Hall now, but it still happens. I, for one, am still a victim. But I’m not a bystander anymore. In fact, I’m an advocate in helping to end this monster killer of bullying. I look back into the past of it all… after she died, and the uproar was tremendous. I got in some trouble for a viable reason, which I can explain later. But then I realize that was all it took for them to stop.

After she died, the school had counselors on campus, and there were brief moments of silence, to remember her. I missed school for an entire week after she passed, because I couldn’t stand being around the people who killed her. When I walked down the damp pavement that following Monday, the news had started settling in. Nobody believed it was true at first, they thought it was just some big hoax. But finally after one week of her not being there, they started having the true death factor set in. That heavy feeling in your chest when you feel like you can’t breathe because of the news that you had just heard. It’s an intense feeling and emotion, and many people that cared for her were feeling it. The teachers were devastated, and it broke their hearts tremendously. Some students were bawling at the sight of her papers or anything, but the thing that hit most people the hardest was looking into a completely full class, and seeing that one empty spot in the far back corner. Even when classes were split up and we needed more room, the teachers never let anyone sit in her spots. It was just… sickening to them. They couldn’t take it, and honestly, neither could I. It always was awful for that entire year. One day there was an assembly….
