Here are few important things to note while choosing the exchange option for a device:
1. Only functional devices without any screen defect are accepted
2. The screen/body should not have any cracks/dent
3. The screen should be intact
4. IMEI will be verified at the time of pickup by the Wishmaster to complete the process
5. Screen locks or iCloud locks should be disabled
Also, we would like to let you know that with Detach option, if the 'Smart pickup' check fails, you will still be able to exchange your product by paying the exchange value by cash or through Debit/ Credit card (if POS machine is available with the Wishmaster). The pickup charges will be waived off for 'Detach'.
