I'm sorry that billing address does not match. Since I never enter the full billing address, the system does not let us to work on the order. In order to check which billing address was used to placed this order, I have a couple of options for you. Please check the email sent with the order information. From there, you can copy and paste the billing address. Another option would be to click here: https://www.walmart.com/account/trackorder and enter the last 6 digits of your order with email address. From there, the billing address used will be showed there and you can copy and paste it here too. I totally understand that this is very important for ****.


Sometimes, due to the high volume of orders, the pick up email is not sent because are not scanned properly. I'm sorry for the lack of information. I'm a customer too and if that happened to me, I'd like to some one take care of it.
What I have done on my end is that I just sent an alert to the store to relocate your package. You may provide the tracking number, **** so they can pull it up with that information and you may ask for the associate who signed for the order. If they are not able to find it, you can request to speak with the manager or you can contact us back to make sure that won't happen again in that store and process the refund.

I’m very sorry to know that this was not delivered on time. I’m sorry to tell that the delivery dates are automatically provided by the system, depending on the availability of the nearest fulfillment center and the ones of the carrier. Since the delivery is just handle on business day, this is why it will arrive on this date.
