We understand your concern that you would like to change the payment mode from COD to EMI through your credit card.
We are sorry to let you know that EMI conversion at the time of delivery is not available with our logistics partners at the moment.
If you would like to pay for your product through card before delivery. The option to convert a cash on delivery order to a prepaid one may be available based on the seller’s partnered courier service provider. If you want to use card on delivery option, get back to us with pin-code.
We would like to let you know that COD to POD payment option will now be available when the order status is between “Approved” to “Out for Delivery”.
- You'll get 'Pay now' option when the order status is between 'Approved' to 'Out for Delivery'.
- From 'Approved till dispatched', the COD to POD option is available for all courier service providers.
- Once the item is 'Dispatched till Out For Delivery', the COD to POD option is available only for E kart shipments.
We would also like to let you know that there is no change in COD to PhonePe payment conversion.
