a) Beauty Party pages not available in some countries
i) The administrator needs to access to all Beauty Party Settings Pages in all countries (Actually, we have access only in France and in USA, not in the other countries, please set the admin rights access to these pages by starting with those countries first : Belgium, Bulgaria, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom
ii) We see that the currencies symbols are visible but the change is not applied in the values in the different scales in the Rewards pages)
iii) We need the notifications to be added in all countries (or the principal ones listed bellow)
iv) The french, spanish, italian and dutch hours formats should be like that : hh:mm with the hour from 0 to 23 (we can see that right now, the hour is from 0 to 12 and we have not an indication showing the difference between mornings and afternoons)
v) The french, spanish, italian and dutch dates formats should be like that : dd/mm/yyyy not mm/dd/yyyy

I know we've already talked about this subject, but I have a big problem to solve and it's urgent. We now have a call center that has been set up in Mexico. We want to allow these people to help customers and distributors, but we want to give them limited access to specific tasks and not a full admin access. These specific tasks are as follows:
Allow them to check and to edit orders
Allow them to access the distributors and customers accounts and to be able to log in like them
Allow them to add a payment via the order edit function but without giving them the bypass payment option
Allow them to change a customer or a distributor password
Allow them to check and access the genealogy and the data viewer
But in any case, we don't want these agents to go into commissions to add or to remove them, or to make a purchase with the bypass payment, or access the admin reports, or edit products / references to change prices or PVs.
Is it possible to give them only limited access to these tasks? And if so, how?
In addition, I created a user account but without assigning an Admin role, but when I wanted to test from two different computers, I was directed to a blank screen when I tried to connect with the credentials created.
