٢- أعمال الخدمة:
أ- تنظيف أوعية الطعام ومستلزمات الخدمة جيداً
ب١- تنظيف السفر بالماء
ب٢- تنظيف السفر المخصصة بالصابون ( في خدمة الغداء فقط )
ج- تنظيف الطابق الاول وتمسيحه
د- تعبئة برادة الماء
ه- التبخير (ان امكن)
و- تنظيف ارضية المطبخ وتمسيحها
ز- الالتزام بالمواعيد
ط- مراجعة مراقب الصحة المعني لتقييم الخدمة
ح- تنظيف غرفة الشاشة بعد صلاة العصر(في خدمة الغداء فقط) ثم مراجعة المراقب المعني
*ي- تنظيف المغاسيل مغسال المطبخ
*وضع صابون فوق المغاسيل
*
٣- على الخدمة تحمل اخطائها وعدم محاولة استعطاف المراقب
٤- على الطلاب عدم ازعاج الخدمة و عدم تأخيرهم بالغسل في المطبخ
٦- عدم التغييب عن الخدمة الا بعد اذن من المشرف
٥- المواعيد : البسط ٧:١٥_ ٧:٣٠
الغداء ١:٣٠_٢:٣٠
العشاء ٨:٣٠_١٠:٣٠
