We understand your concern that you are facing issues while buying Flipkart extended warranty and we are sorry for the trouble you had to through.
We would like to let you know that the Extended Warranty & Damage Protection Services are the services that can be bought along with products listed by some of the sellers on Flipkart website, app and Flipkart lite.
Also, the policy can be purchased only with the purchase of the product. (you may not be able to purchase these services individually).
However, these services are made available for selected sellers only, you can check the product page to see if it’s available on the product you’re interested in.
Here are some important Points for Flipkart extended warranty.
1. Extended Warranty/Damage Protection Policy will be delivered to you via email. These details will also be present in the My Orders section.
2.Extended Warranty & Damage Protection policy will be linked to the Serial Number/IMEI number of the main product purchased.
3. Damage Protection service can be purchased only for mobiles. The same is not available for Laptop/large appliances.
4. Extended warranty is available for all 3 categories (Large appliances, mobiles, and laptops).
5. You can purchase only one 'Extended Warranty' and 'Damage Protection' service per product.
6. This service can not be purchased individually and will always need to be purchased along with a device/appliance.
7. Available only in select Pin-codes.
8. Customers will have to contact the service provider for any kind of and service provider's decision will be final.
9. These services will be cancelled/returned(For refund) if parent product (Product Purchased along with service/ policy) is returned/cancelled.
10. Flipkart Protect Extended Warranty cannot be cancelled individually before delivery (The entire order needs to be cancelled) Flipkart Protect Extended.
11. Warranty can be returned within seller's replacement policy, provided you have not availed any services under the Flipkart Protect Extended Warranty term.
