We understand that you want to know that the claiming of the Rewards procedure earned in the Game contests.

We'd like to let you know that the prize/ benefit which customers are entitled to will reflect along with redemption instructions, on the platform (My Account > My Rewards) By 18 -Oct-2018 from the end of the Contest Period

Also, the Prizes/ benefits must be redeemed within 72 hours from the date when the prize/benefit reflects in the My Rewards section on the platform

Here are the important points about the contest:

- Winners will be declared within 48 hours from the end of the Contest Period and they can check their details in the winner's list published on the Game Zone of the platform
- You will be able to see the points in round figure, however, milliseconds is also considered to choose a winner
- The prize/ benefit which customers are entitled to will reflect along with redemption instructions, on the platform (My Account > My Rewards) By 18 -Oct-2018 from the end of the Contest Period
- Prizes/ benefits must be redeemed within 72 hours from the date when the prize/benefit reflects in the My Rewards section on the platform
