With due respect humbly stated that I want to change my shift from morning to 1200-2100 hours from Monday onward, because the early morning shift does not suit my health and it also costs me a lot of trouble at pack time because of its great distance from my home.
Further, you can check the records and I can confirm that I have never compromised in my target and shift adherence. I do agree that I spent less time on systems than others but I do my work effortlessly and with commitment.
In addition, Rest assured there will be no change in my performance and even I will able to handle extra responsibilities effectively with new systems of work to improve efficiency in quality of work and assessing outcomes. I hope you will understand my proficiency and finesse in the team and change my shift.
