1- Do you have any past experience as working as HR? *
I do have past experience working as an HR. I have worked at Vella Resort and Spa as an Assistant Manager. I have worked at Snowy's Italian Restaurant as the Chief Executive Officer. Both of which I have resigned. Currently, I work at Nizuc Resort and Spa and Grand Arc Resort & Spa as HR's. In Nizuc Resort and Spa, I am a Manager and in Grand Arc Resort & Spa, I am the Head Executive.

2 - Which is more important overall, team/group goals or personal goals? *
Team/group goals, because it would benefit everyone in the group and not just one person. Also, when teams/groups work together, it is way more efficient and would be a better achievement.

3 - What are your top qualifications/skills? *
I have many qualifications/skills for the job of an HR at Nauted®. I am very good at grammar and will use it everywhere in Nauted®. I am a very fast typing and that would help a lot in Nauted®. I am also very nice to everyone and that would make staff and visitors want to come back to the hotel!

4 - Why do you think, that you’re better than other applicants? *
I have many qualifications and lots of experience to be an HR. I can also be very friendly and social which would help me with the job a lot. That is why I would be better than other applications applying to be an HR at this beautiful hotel.

5 - What is more important for you; personal or team achievements? *
I personally would have team achievements more important to me, because it would make a bigger impact on the group rather than only one person achieving a goal.

6 - What is the first goal you want to achieve as an HR? *
My first goal as an HR would be to make the hotel better!

7 - Why do you want to work as HR? *
I have had experience as a an HR and on my time as being an HR at other places, was a really fun experience and I would always love to do it over and over again. It's also really nice to help groups by being active and doing things for groups.

8 - Do you think, that you’re ready to work under pressure efficiently? *
Yes, I have worked under pressure efficiently many times in groups. In Vella Resort and Spa as an HR, I would help out in training's a lot under pressure. I have also worked under pressure in many other scenarios.

9 - Do you have any huge achievements that you think that should be noted? *
My biggest achievement would be to become an Executive at this fine hotel! I'd love to be an Executive at this resort to help out as much as I possibly can. I love to help groups and helping as much as I can would be amazing for me, as I love to help out at places.

10 - What is the main goal you want to achieve personally in the group? *
My main goal would be like I said in the previous question; Being an Executive at this fine hotel.

11 - What is the main goal you want to achieve as a team in the group? *
My main goal that I want to achieve as a team would be to have this group to be one of the top groups and make it the best group to treat staff and customers as good as possible.

12 - What would you be ready to change about yourself, if it would be needed before you could work as HR for Nauted? *
I don't think that I'd need to change much to work as an HR for Nauted®. I am always in the mood of being an HR, as I'm an HR in two groups already.

13 - What are your 5 pros (positive personality sides)? *
I am smart, nice, friendly, professional, and welcoming.

14 - What are your 5 cons (negative personality sides)? *
I can sometimes be too funny, I can sometimes be sarcastic but not too much, and that is all I can think of that are cons about me.
