Cashback” shall mean:
Rs. 2200/-, which shall be credited in the form of 44 cashback vouchers of Rs 50/- each in the MyJio App of the Eligible Subscriber upon performing the first Recharge on the Eligible Device 1 or Eligible Device 2 on or after 16th May 2018; and
Rs. 1200/-, which shall be credited in the form of 24 cashback vouchers of Rs 50/- each in the MyJio App of the Eligible Subscriber upon performing the first Recharge on the Eligible Device 3 on or after 16th May 2018.
“Ezeego1 Voucher” shall mean a voucher for booking flights and hotels, generated for an Eligible Subscriber upon performing the first Recharge on the Eligible Device 3 subject to the terms and conditions of the coupon code stated herein below in Annexure-A
“Myntra Voucher” shall mean a voucher worth 25 % off on minimum billing of Rs. 999/-, generated for an Eligible Subscriber upon performing the first Recharge on the Eligible Device 3 subject to the terms and conditions of the coupon code stated herein below in Annexure-B
“Additional Data” shall mean additional 4G data of (i) 50GB offered to the Eligible Subscriber upon performing Recharge on the Eligible Device 1; and (ii)100GB offered to the Eligible Subscriber upon performing Recharge on the Eligible Device 2 or Eligible Device 3.
“Eligible Device 1” shall mean the 4G device, Honor 10, purchased between 16th May, 2018 and 13th August, 2018, activated for the first time on the RJIO network, by an Eligible Subscriber, on or after 16 May, 2018 by performing Recharge. The offer is applicable only on the Indian version of the Eligible Device 3. (collectively Eligible Device)
“Eligible Subscriber” shall mean a person who (i) has purchased the Eligible Device; and (ii) is an active subscriber of the RJIO prepaid services; and (iii) is enrolled to the “Jio Prime” membership plan.
“MSISDN” means mobile station international subscriber directory number and for the purposes of this Offer, shall mean the mobile number assigned to the Eligible Subscriber for availing RJIO prepaid services.
“Entitlement Period” shall mean the period between 16th May, 2018 and 31st May, 2022.
“Offer” shall mean the (i) Cashback offer made available by RRL; (ii) Ezeego1 Voucher and Myntra Voucher offer made available by RRL; (iii) Additional Data offer made available by RJIO.
The Offer is applicable for prepaid customers of RJIO only.
“Offer Benefits” shall mean the benefits accruing to the Eligible Subscriber under the Offer as shown herein-below.
“Recharge” shall mean a recharge performed of Rs.198/- or Rs.299/- prepaid plan offered by RJIO.
“RJIO” shall mean Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited.
“RRL” shall mean Reliance Retail Limited.
“T&C” shall mean the applicable terms and conditions of the Offer.


The Offer and the benefits hereunder shall be made available by RRL/RJIO, as applicable, to an Eligible Subscriber and Flipkart shall under no circumstances be responsible for the fulfilment of the Offer.


Benefits of the Offer (“Offer Benefits”)


Cashback:

An Eligible Subscriber, who, during the subsistence of the Offer, performs Recharge on or after 16th May, 2018 but before 13th August 2018 shall be entitled to Cashback.
Cashback received by the Eligible Subscriber shall be redeemed in the following manner:
Each voucher of Rs. 50/- provided under the Cashback, can be redeemed by the Eligible Subscriber, upon a Recharge in MyJio App only (“Eligible Recharge”);
Only one Cashback voucher of Rs.50/- can be redeemed per Eligible Recharge.
In case of Eligible Device 1 and Eligible Device 2, a maximum of 44 Cashback vouchers of Rs 50/- each, can be so redeemed by the Eligible Subscriber on or before 31st, 2022. For avoidance of doubt, all unredeemed Cashback vouchers shall expire on 31st May, 2022.
In case of Eligible Device 3, a maximum of 24 Cashback vouchers of Rs 50/- each, can be so redeemed by the Eligible Subscriber on or before 31st May, 2022. For avoidance of doubt, all unredeemed Cashback vouchers shall expire on 31st May, 2022.
