On Pre-order of OPPO F9 Pro handsets from Flipkart App or mobile website you are eligible to get one time Screen replacement in case of damage within 12 months from the date of purchase.
What is the offer period ?
Offer is valid from 21st August 2018 to (00:00 hrs) 31st August 2018 (23:59 hrs)
How many times I can screen replacement?
Only once, within 12 months from the date of purchase screen replacement will be done on spares free of cost .
Do I have to make any kind of payment?
You can avail this offer by paying just Rs.990 (Labor Charge) anytime during a period of 12 months from the date of the purchase of the Product if the screen suffers external damage.
Can I get part replacement of any damage to Handset?
No, only in case of damage of Touch Panel or LCD same will be replaced , No other Spares parts are covered under this offer.
How can I get my screen replaced under this offer?
You need to visit nearest Service center & need to submit purchase proof to Service center. Service center will verify & validate eligibility of offer. Upon applicability of offer service center will do screen replacement with charges of 990/- towards labour charges.

Offer Details

Offer is valid from 21st August 2018 to (00:00 hrs) 31st August 2018 (23:59 hrs)
To avail this Offer You must do/ fulfil the following:
Age must be 18 years or above;
Must have a valid account on the Platform and log into the same; and
Purchase OPPO F9 Pro handset on the Platform (“Product”) during the Offer Period.
Upon fulfilling the above requirements, You will be eligible for one time replacement of the screen in case of screen breakage of the Product within a period of 12 months from the date of purchase of the Product (“Validity Period”) by payment of Rs. 990 towards labour charges only (“Offer”).
To avail the Offer, You are required to submit the Product at the OPPO authorized service centre(Store locator: https://www.oppo.com/in/shops) , produce the purchase invoice, Your valid identity proof and provide Your valid contact number. Upon confirmation by OPPO’s authorised centre of applicability of the Offer to You, the Offer benefit will be extended upon Your payment of Rs. 990 towards labour charges. The decision of OPPO’s authorised service centre as regards applicability of the Offer will be final.
This Offer is available for screen breakage only and shall not apply against scratches, grazes, minor abrasions or scuff marks on the Product.
Spare parts covered under the Offer are touch panel/LCD or one glass solution (OGS), as applicable. Any other spare part or cosmetic part does not fall under the Offer.
This Offer only covers one time replacement of the screen. Other than screen breakage for the first time, any other issue reported in the Product will be governed by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty policy of the Product.
This Screen Replacement Offer excludes:
Damage suffered as a result of liquid ingress.
If another part of the phone (other than the screen) is damaged beyond economical repair.
If the damage is suffered as a result of use of the phone other than for its ordinary and generally accepted purpose or is deliberately damaged.

This promotional offer from RJIO/RRL (defined below) is being run on www.flipkart.com, Flipkart mobile app and Flipkart mobile site (collectively “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”, “We” or “Our”).
By participating in this Offer (defined below), the user (“You” or “Your” or “Eligible Subscriber”) agrees to be bound by:
these terms and conditions;
the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform; and
all applicable terms and conditions of RJIO/RRL

Definitions

“Cashback” shall mean Rs. 1800/- in the form of 36 vouchers of Rs. 50/- each which an Eligible Subscriber can avail upon performing the first Recharge on the Eligible Device on or before 25th September 2018.
“Jio Money Credit” shall mean the specified amount credited in the JioMoney Account of the Eligible Subscriber upon the Eligible Subscriber performing the corresponding Recharge for the period as specified in the table herein below:
