4. One pickup and drop of the product will be free, post which for each pickup and drop you have to pay Rs. 150/-.
5. When accidental/ liquid damage is availed, you should pay a processing fee of Rs. 500/-.

5. Remote HelpDesk where you can call for any Issue/Query resolution.
6. Walk-in Troubleshooting/Phone Setup via Jeeves Store Visit.
