WeBoost WiFi Booster BY MoneyGANG

Registering and finding your desired device:
1) Go to their website​
​ weboost.com
​ and find the WiFi booster you would like to social engineer. 2) Once you have found the model number, simply head over to some local selling sites and some more known ones, such as eBay. 3) Look for pictures, where the seller has posted the serial number, while trying to show potential buyers the WiFi booster. 4) Once you have a serial number, navigate to ​register.weboost.com
​ and register the booster to the email you’re using to SE the product. 5) The booster will successfully register to your account. Go to their product support page and grab their email or phone number.

Social engineering the booster:

6) Hit them up and explain how you originally purchased the WiFi booster from Amazon or Best Buy and that it’s been working fine for around 3-4 months, however it’s started to not display any lights when you attempt to power on the booster. 7) They’ll ask you if you’ve visited their website to troubleshoot the issue and simply explain that you’ve spent the past few days watching tutorials on people who have been faced with the same problem. 8) The representative will try to tell you that it’s the power supply, but just explain that you’ve typed in the model number on eBay and bought another power supply at your own expense. Also it speeds up the process if you say you’ve already used different plug sockets around the house just to try get the device to display the led light. 9) The representative will explain to you that the device needs to be looked at and they’ll ask if you have the original receipt. Say you’ve got it in your emails somewhere and can find this for them. 10)They’ll ask you to confirm that the email address registered under the device is still the same and unless it’s the sellers say yes and confirm.

Replying to the follow up email:

11)You’ll receive an email in around an hour explaining the issue you explained to the representative and asking you to send in pictures of the serial number & an invoice. 12)Simply go back to the sellers page and grab the picture you identified the serial number used on and fake an Amazon or Best Buy invoice. Reply to the email with these. 13)They’ll ask if the address on the invoice is still the primary address for you to receive the replacement WiFi booster too. Either accept or decline and provide them with the new address and they’ll ask you to return the old one with a shipping label in the box.
