I wanted to talk to you if and how you've leveraged this recognition internally or externally
So, some methods that lot of organisations follow, is talk about the recognition on their recruitment calls, communication, email signatures or just generally using the logo on company collaterals
It always helps to update to the most recent recognition, for example your website still mentions the old recognition. Updating to the newest one shows how you consistently are a great workplace
Is there anything we could do to help you in your process? I have already made a few samples and sent it to you to give you an idea about how you can utilise the recognition

Yes, I understand. Actually, we had been planning to do this for some time. We felt going to an organisation and handing over the certificate is more personal and also gives organisations to celebrate this along with their employees. We have received some good feedback about this, but some of course some organisations also thought an award ceremony would've been better. Nevertheless, we will surely consider your suggestion.
