In my company you have to be presented well this is because it shows you look presentable and nice for the customers, we wear work trousers and a polo top with trainers or safety boots if we are out in the warehouse, as well as a high vis,we try our best to come across as smartly dressed for the customers and hopefully will meet their image of what we should be wearing.Our dress code for Masrtin who is always in the office is smart trousers and shirt with smart shoes on because he is the manager of the department. We are approachable and welcoming to new and current customers, we treat everyone with respect and welcome them, with polite questions or approaching them to see if they would like any help with what they are looking for or need. We will also direct customers to another department if it is something that we don't deal with to make sure that they get what they came in for. We use a tone of voice that is welcoming so speaking clear and not mumbling or hiding away from the customer, we will speak clearly down the phone to and take a name and number if they are trying to contact one of the team who are busy at the time. We present a positive attitude with all customers and help them out as much as we can, and will always make sure they leave with their questions answered and happy with our service and knowledge. In some situations where it is harder to keep patient and polite we always will, we will help our customers out as much as we can even if it is very hard too as they can get annoyed or upset if they haven't got their products even if it is not our direct fault.
