Special Containment Procedures: Scp 4000 is to be kept within a 100 meter x 100 meter area, the containment room is styled like a maze. It has lights hanging from the walls with light yellow bricks for the walls, SCP 4000's containment area should be checked for cracks, other SCPs, and holes on a biweekly basis.
Descripition: SCP 4000 is a dark black figure with a black glow sorrounding it, SCP 4000 does have facial features, but they are almost never noticable. if SCP 4000 encounters Class - D or any other life form, it will wave at them. Then proceeding to chase the life form around the maze, the victim's vision with be distorted around the periphal vision, and the center of the user's vision with seem like a black hole is right infront of it, as if everything is pulling towards it. if SCP 4000 appears to have facial features, it has full intent to kill whoever its chasing. if SCP 4000 kills it's target, it will take the form of its target, including the victim's outfit, this will wear off after about 10 hours.
