I see that the return pickup wasn't available from your city, due to which we've manually requested one of the internal transportation team to arrange a return pickup from a third party courier service.
Usually, whenever return is requested manually, it would take 4-5 working days. Carriers in your city aren't accepting the return pickup yet and our team is already working on it.
I've immediately requested for an update on it and the issue is estimated to be resolved in next 2-3 working days. I know you already have waited for a long time now, but I hope you understand the limitation here by considering this as a rare case and allow us some time to help you with it.
