I have checked the tracking and it is showing delivered on 6 February 2018, as you have not received it yet I would like to inform you that the matter has already been escalated to our shipping department.

I have checked and see that the no tracking is updated since 10 August 2018 on this order, so it seems that , the package is lost in transit.
I do apologies for the same, as the current situation due to flood in Kerala, I will not be able to help you with the replacement of this item, so I am issuing full refund to your original payment method .
