・ユーザー操作不可の非表示シート→XlVeryHidden指定
・コピーメソッドで引数「Destination」を使う（一番はやい）
・サクラエディタを操作するときはマクロの記録をしてみる
・サクラエディタに引用符つきコピーがある（返信の時に使用）
・robocopyはDest側から実行する。急ぎの場合は優先度高、MTオプションをつける、コピーする属性を省く等で対応する
・robocopyのaフォルダバックアップにミラーオプションをつける
・タスクスケジューラから実行するタスクの優先度変更はxmlファイルエクスポートして編集
・ファイルを開いている人を特定するにはopenfilesコマンドを使う
・２次元配列を回す時は二次元目から回すと１０％高速化
