At first i apologize for the long delay to finalize the plugin due to the underestimation of workload but now we sorted it all.
We've created the plugin with all the functionalities and installed in on the test environment here http://romeartworksho.wpengine.com

Known issue:
# After installing the plugin on the new server we realized the email is not being delivered and we are adjusting the code to make it work.
# Due to permalink mod in the new server the remaining payment link is not working and we are adjusting the code for it.
