Othello vs himself - gullibility in the face on no evidence that his wife and Cassio were unfaithful
It is a mind vs heart conflict - Othello in his hear knew what he felt about Desdemona and Cassio was true , but Iago lied to him giving him false and contrary evidence of negative actions between the two of them

Seems to be honest to everyone around him and he is respected by everyone except the audience , but nearer the end people begin to seem him for what he really is , Society is represented by Lodovico who sees that I , is justly punished
