ZENITH LEIV DUNCAN (lahir di Surrey, 5 Desember 2002; usia 15 tahun) adalah seorang siswa baru di Seoul High School. Ia putra ketiga dari tiga bersaudara buah hati pasangan Gregory dan Yukari Duncan. Leiv memiliki seorang teman masa kecil yang tinggal di lingkungan rumahnya bernama Paris. Mereka tumbuh bersama sampai usia 12 tahun ketika Paris meninggal dunia karena tumor otak. Sejak kepergian abadi Paris, orangtua Leiv mendapati putra mereka menderita sindrom psikogenik. Leiv sering merasakan pusing, gangguan penglihatan, bahkan kejang; gejala yang sama seperti yang dialami Paris dahulu. Para dokter tidak menemukan alasan medis dibalik gangguan kesehatannya selain trauma mental karena kematian orang terdekatnya.
Menjelang remaja, Leiv banyak menyembunyikan gejala yang dialaminya karena tidak nyaman dengan ejekan orang di sekitarnya. Gejala sindromnya tidak kunjung hilang, bahkan setelah Leiv dirinya telah jauh meninggalkan fase berduka. Saat kakak tirinya, MJ Rhodanthe kehilangan putri pertamanya, Seulmi, Leiv merasakan tarikan yang kuat untuk berada di sisi Rhodanthe dan mendukungnya.
