Thank you for writing in,

We understand your concern that you are unable to Login your flipkart account.

As per your concern, we would like to let you know that resetting the password for your Flipkart account is simple.

1) Click on 'forgot password?' on the login page
2) Get an email with a verification code on your registered email address/phone number with steps to reset your password
3) Please note that this code is valid only for 10 minutes from the time it is sent to you

Also, Account reactivation query, please follow the steps:

1. Account reactivation can be done by customer itself
2. You may need to login with registered email id or mobile number and password combination used prior to deactivation
3. Account will be reactivated and all default settings will be applied

If the 'Password' is forgotten:
1. Needs to enter the registered emailed/phone no
2. Click on forgot the password
3. Customer will receive an OTP by email or phone no
4. Enter OTP and create a new password
5. Click on reactivate tab

Note: Account reactivation can be done only on desktop website.

Also, If you like, you can merge/update the accounts through the steps given below:
1) You can update your email id, phone number at any point of time through web
2) Go to My Account
3) Under Settings, go to Update Email/Mobile
4) Enter your new email ID/Phone number
5) Enter the verification code sent to new email id/phone number
6) Click on Save Changes.

Note: Below are the changes that happen to your account once account is merged.

i) You can merge both the accounts even one is created through phone number and another one through email id.
ii) The order histories of both the accounts will be merged. Now, you can login to your account using either mobile number or email ID.
iii) The password to access the order history will be of the account with which you had logged in while updating details.

If that doesn't help, just reply to us with the error message and we will take it from there.
