Force is anything that is a break from your routine. You will get bored of the routine, anyways. So just force yourself not to do it. The routine is killing you. Literally 1/3 of the crowd feels this way How bad is that? Incredible. Being dissatisfied is the feeling that your basic need for exploration is not being met. That is, force yourself to be uncomfortable and break routine. You are your own god. You make your own rules. Don'f feel bad. Get out of your head. Get outside of your comfort zone.
The first 15 minutes/ 3 seconds you do something, it suckssss!!!! but immediately after, its great. Give into impulse.
5 second rule: if you dont impulse in 5 seconds, you're emergency break comes in. Do it!!
Don't write a reminder. Just do it.
