We understand your concern that you want to know the exchange policy for your 'Thomson R9 60 cm HD Ready LED TV'.
We'd like to let you know that you may avail the offer as long as the existing television '15 inch Onida CRT TV' is eligible for exchange and the facility is available in your location.
However, the products in both working condition and non-working condition will be picked up provided there is no physical damage.
-Working condition of the product is defined where TV display should not have discoloration, spots, lines on a part of the screen or on display.
-Not working indicates that the product is not switching on / has audio / screen issues.
-Plasma TVs will not be accepted.
-Any government sponsored/NGO funded freebie (gift) TV will not be accepted under the buy-back program.
- Black and White TVs and monitor screens will not be accepted.
However, the Flipkart executive will be performing certain checks on your old television to verify the offer selections & any functional damage to the old product. In case your old television fails the verification, then your order is liable to get cancelled.
The executive will perform the following checks at the time of pick up:
-Brand, type and size of the TV should match the one declared for exchange at the time of purchase.
-The executive will check for working condition (Switching on and no display problems) in case product is declared as “Working” TVs.
-Check for TV Screen & body for damaged/broken/cracks/dents.
-Un-installation of the TV would NOT be carried out by Flipkart.
-TV should have intact display which will be verified at the time of handover.
-The executive can ask you to play video or audio content at the time of pick up to validate the full functionality of the product.
-Accessories (remotes, cables, etc.) are expected in return during exchange.
-No documents (bills, warranty card etc.) of old TV will be collected during exchange.
