Problem-solving: problem-solving is the ability to find a solution to a difficult and complex issue that may arise at any time during one of your training sessions. For example, if you have –planned a drill for your players to do in pairs and there is an odd number in the group. Therefore the coach needs to be able to adapt your drill for it to be carried out in threes or fours whilst still performing the same outcome of the purpose of the drill.
This is such an important asset to have as a coach, to ensure that the outcome of what you have intended to do is still meet through the adaptions that had to be changed in your session due to the problems that arose this is also important because the playing is paying for there session, therefore, the session has to meet the needs of the playing that are paying for the session that was unusually planned for . An example of a coach of mind that has the is able to do this is Shirley if there is a problem in the team, or drills she has the knowledge to quickly adapt her session to give a solution
