The named of Big Ben was derived from the name of bell that located in the tower. The other name of the tower of big ben is Santo Stephen’s Tower.
Primarily the big ben was bulit from rebuilt of parlemen building that was burn at October 22th 1834. At the past time this building is one of king palace.
The first time operation of bigben was started from june 1st 1859 or 13 years ago. It was desain by Denison. Than it was made by edward John Den corp at 1854, five years later Bigban was finished and it was set up wih a big clock that has weight is more than 13 tons
