Additionally, there is no specific author, but overall I would give the creator a 4 out of 5 for credibility.

Another argument is that a re-vote is not correct because it does not make sense to just continue holding votes on something constantly because the vote did not satisfy any.
This source has helped me understand why a re-vote has been pushed for in this decision.
