- mug or bowl
- Plus white tooth whitening (Wal-Mart $7.96)
* Brush and floss teeth REALLY good
* fill a mug or bowl with water
- put in microwave for 2-3 minutes for slight boiling
* put mouth piece in mug and hold it under the water for 15-20 seconds
- as soon as it is wobbly and bendy it is ready to be taken out
* now place in mouth
- press against teeth and suck on it to form shape of your mouth
* Do the same for your bottom teeth
* Cut extra mouth piece off to fit mouth better
* place tooth whitening gel on teeth apply directly from tub, or from finger, cover all cracks and crevasses
* put mouth piece into mouth and wait for 5 minutes
* use toothbrush and water to clean mouth piece
* use 1 tsp of the rinse solution and 2 tsp of water and stir together
- rinse and swirl around in mouth for 15-20 seconds
