Karacabay-Yazılım Ve Fatih YÜKSEL'dan herhangi bir ürünü satın almış olan herkes aşşağıdaki maddeleri kabul etmiş sayılacaktır.
1-Satın alınan hiç bir ürünün geri iadesi veya para iadesi hiç bir koşulda söz konusu değildir.
2-Karacabay-Yazılım Ve Fatih YÜKSEL, ürünlerde oluşacak her türlü hatayı ürünü düzelterek veyahut yenisini vererek gidermeye çalışacaktır. Yapılacak olan hata fixlemeleri en erken 1 gün en geç 2 hafta içerisinde yapılır.
3-Satın aldığınız ürün ile ilgili herhangi bir ekstra istek istendiği takdirde ekstra ücrete tabii tutulacaktır.
4-Ürünü satın aldıktan 1 ay sonra tarafımıza ulaşacak hiçbir şikayeti kabul etmemekteyiz.
5-HackShield ürününü satın alan tüm kullanıcılarımıza hile engelleme güncellemelerini ücretsiz olarak sağlamaktayız. Güncellemeler satın aldığınız paketin major versiyonu doğrultusunda sağlanmaktadır , örnek olarak V7.1 satın alan bir kullanıcımız V7.9'a kadar ücretsiz güncelleme alabilecektir fakat V8.0'dan sonrası için ekstra 75 TL ücret almaktayız.
6-Files Ve Hackshield Bir birlerine entegreli olarak satılmaktadır. Ayrı Olarak Kesinlikle Satışı söz konusu değildir.
7-Bu İletişim konumu ; KARACABAY - YÜKSEL tarafından gerçekleşmektedir. Hiç bir ara kurum veya başka bir kuruluş yoktur.
8- Filesimizde Oyun İçi destek verilmiyecektir. Files'in bilindik açıkları kapatılıp teslim edilicektir.(Günümüzde bilinen açıklar)
9-Çıkabilecek doğa bilecen olağan üstü fiziksel davranış olaylardan KARACABAY-YÜKSEL Sorumlu kesinlikle tutulamaz.
