- Brand mismatch
- IMEI Mismatch
- Screen damage (Crack)
- Dots on Screen/Pixel issue
- Touch not working
- Power button not working
- Light coming out from the side of the screen/Screen coming out

However, we see that the courier service provider has confirmed that the shipment of 'Nokia 5 (Tempered Blue, 16 GB)' was delivered to you on May 25, 2018.

We'd like to let you know that the seller has refunded Rs.11999/- for your order OD212342635499202000 to your Credit Card on May 21, 2018. This will be credited to your account by June 01, 2018, as per standard banking procedures.

If you'd like to know more about the status of your refund, please contact your bank's customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card.

Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your Credit Card before reaching out to the bank.
