There was a time when everyone and everything were equal. No one stood out, and could be blamed for being different. People could head outside and enjoy their lives. They could be happy in society. Accepted. Wanted. Human.

But it didn't last forever...

When the large asteroid approached the world, everyone panicked. The governments of North America did not hesitate to quickly send a missile to explode the asteroid, attempting to get rid of it. However, the debris from the asteroid fell to earth, destroying the world's greatest attractions and cities.

For the time being, there was nothing... people were desperate for supply, and the apocalypse seemed to be approaching. To provide control and sanity to the world, as well as rebuild the destruction, the governments of Canada and America joined together to recreate a large-government, and rename the continent of North America into a brand new nation, known as Rovell.

With time on their hands, Rovell established a major and large city called Utopia. They accepted everyone from the world and welcomed them into the city, and refused any help from other nations to build the city. As the years passed, Utopia upgraded and was finally established properly and perfectly, and Rovell was the top of everything.

But behind the thick walls and massive skyscrapers of Utopia, the continent of Rovell hides a dark secret...

Certain people with a certain gene, known as the PH-Gene, were mutated from the gases of the asteroid, and were only impacted if they contained this hereditary PH-Gene. These mutated-people each had a distinguishing feature and/or a specific ability.

All in all, the people were seen as different, and deemed a threat to Utopia. Placed in Isolation Units, which were similar to labs, the mutated people were tested and tortured, and referred to, commonly, as Phantoms (A spinoff word to the PH-Gene).

Little of the Utopian citizens know about the conditions of the Phantoms in the Labs, and only know the rumours and suspicions of dangers that they will one day cause.

Some Phantoms managed to escape the horrid conditions of the Isolation Labs and hid away in a secret location. They formed a safe-haven for the free Phantoms, and hide away from the Utopian Perseverance Agency, or the UPA, who hunt and lock up any Phantom they come across.

It has been hundreds of years since Utopia was established, and the Phantoms are either locked away, or hidden safely in the sewers, which had been isolated from the UPA for decades.

Who side will you join? The relentless and powerful UPA, who get luxury and are the best of the best? Or the isolated and hunted Phantoms, who live in the Labs or sewers, both trapped and hidden away?
