I'm a people person. I really enjoy meeting and working with a lot of different people. I enjoy solving problems, fixing issues, and coming up with solutions in a well amount of time. I'm always active and I've always loved to have this job, I'm really passionate about it and I know I'm responsible enough to handle this job. I love dealing with problems and helping people who need help. I'm a great listener and I don't have trouble with dealing with people, or learning new and different things.

I know I'm the best candidate for this position because I'm always active and I could always do the task at hand, unlike others. I think I'd fit amazingly, and with me in it I think people will look at staff in a different manner, as their friend. In-fact , I have many skills like multitasking, I know how to communicate well with others, time management, good grammar, and good leadership. Also, I think hiring me will make the owners life easier.

Despite my age (13), I think you could really see a difference in your staff team. I have great grammar, at least in my opinion. And, I really can't stress over the fact that I love working with other people and being genuine and honest. I could tell them what's wrong with things, and if they're the right people, they could take that into consideration, therefore, bettering the future of Ruby, which is all I'm here for. Just like a chain reaction.

Words can't explain how long I've been waiting for this game to come out and have been waiting longer to be staff on it. I knew it would be a good game because it was being created by two amazing people!

Even under pressure, I can control things in a professional manner unlike some others. I know when it's time to work and I know when it's time to play and I can maintain a balance of that when I'm working. My adaptation to different problems will help make my job easier not just for me but for everyone else. My leniency differs depending on my attitude or the topic of the situation. I know when I need to be hard on people and I know when I need to be a little easier on people.
