Special Containment Procedures: SCP 4000 is to be kept in a 1 x 1 meter space filled with liquid metal, exactly 2 foundation personnel are to be at scp 4000's containment room at all times, the room is to be emptied out to be checked for cracks and weakend walls or flooring on a biweekly basis.
Description: SCP 4000 takes the appearance of a hoodie man, at first, SCP 4000 does not seem to have any facial features. Though, it head is faced backwards and can turn around 360 degrees. if SCP 4000 sees more than two people, it will begin killing everything in sight. no known material or weapon is capable of stopping SCP 4000. SCP 4000 can also turn into a liquid state and go through holes the size of a single atom. if SCP 4000 is attacking, everyone is to be informed to hide. then, two foundation personnel will approach SCP 4000 once it has calmed down, safely re-containing it. if SCP 035 manages to take control of SCP 4000, that would spell the end for the facility. SCP 4000 is more likely to attack if it's victim is turned away, SCP 4000 will try and kill everything in sight. including other SCPs.
If a leak would happen in SCP 4000's containment room, SCP 4000 could easily escape the facility and roam free.
