Gitmek istediğin ilde 2 yıllığa yerleştikten sonra tayin isteyebilirsin. Olumsuz cavap gelirse mahkeme yolu açıktır. 60 gün içerisinde İdare mahkemesine yürütmenin durdurulması istemli bir dava açıp kazanır ve gidersin.
Eğitimden dolayı kurumlar arası geçiş olur mu bilmiyorum. Ama çok iyi bildiğim bişey var Ptt her kurumdan kurum değiştirmek isteyene yeşil ışık yakmaktadır.
