Testing Notes
1. Automation
There is an electron plugin available for TestCafe to test electron desktop app: https://github.com/DevExpress/testcafe-browser-provider-electron
This may allow running of the current automation against the resulting electron app.
Unknown: QE does not yet know the required scope of test-script changes.
2. Manual testing considerations
High level testing will be done to ensure feature areas are accessible (less extensive than what was done for PREAPPS-652)
More in-depth testing will be done as the desktop Apps evolve
Test for the name of the organisation that comes up when the app is started (should be signed).

Everything should be working as we have already added support for mac OS, but below things can be covered as part of this ticket
Signing of installer
Setting up jenkins slave to build mac installer
make sure local preferences are not getting removed on uninstall or upgrades
make sure installer icons are showing properly

So you can allow it from here : System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General > Allow apps downloaded from
