I want to highlight the behavior and personal grudges that our QA(Puneet Dahiya) shows on the floor.
Although we have escalated this multiple times before to our supervisors and whenever they have talked with him regarding the same, the result has been ZT’s due to which we keep ignoring how he behaves on the floor.
Feedbacks given by him are always in a taunting manner which always de motivate us to work when it comes to fear of our jobs. He always mocks us that we people are good for nothing and should not be working here. Also he laughs as to why and who hired you.
This the reason many agents have left the organization due to pressure from quality feedback as he addresses them in a very rude way. He is our mentor and is supposed to help us but we he leaves the briefing room like a child and also locks the door saying that will not give briefing to the late people and says that he is not responsible for their scores.
He keeps personal grudges and targets the agents and it has been observed those agents mostly get accused of ZT cases.
Suggest us if we should be working here in an organization where agents are targeted and disrespected any day. We are working in a dynamic process where we can make mistakes and we are here to learn. No one wants to leave job and our supervisors are expected to help us but this man has created fear for all of us at workplace that we may be out any day.
Even today he was misbehaving with the agents while checking the systems and even when manager tried to stop him he did not listen to her and ignored her and disrespects her.
